How fast is approval?+

Most applications are reviewed and approved within 24 hours — often the same day. We'll text or call you as soon as your application is processed.

Do you check credit?+

No. We never run a credit check. We focus on whether you have a valid license and are ready to drive.

How much is the deposit?+

$200 refundable security deposit due at vehicle pickup. You get it back at the end of your rental, minus any damage charges.

Can I drive for Uber?+

Yes. All of our vehicles meet Uber's vehicle requirements for Central Florida.

Can I drive for DoorDash?+

Yes — DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, and Amazon Flex are all welcome. You can drive for multiple platforms simultaneously.

How do weekly payments work?+

$300 every 7 days via Stripe, Cash App, or Zelle. Your first weekly payment is due 7 days after pickup.

What happens if I pay late?+

Late fees apply after a 24-hour grace period. Contact us immediately if you'll be late — we work with drivers in good standing.

Can I switch vehicles?+

Subject to availability. Contact us and we'll work with you to find another vehicle in our inventory.

Is insurance included?+

Liability insurance is included. Full coverage options are available at additional cost. Details provided at pickup.

Can I use the car for personal trips?+

Yes — the vehicle is yours to use during your rental period, within reason and policy guidelines.
